Attentions
1.Stainless steel mica heater is non-waterproof structure, so do not contact with oil, water and plastic particles during storage and installation to prevent leakage.
2. When installing, the mica heater element must be closely fitted with the heated body, and the surface of the heated body should be flat and complete, without uneven phenomenon.
3. If the stainless steel mica heater is found to produce a scorched-black color on the surface after working, it indicates that the heat and heat dissipation of the heated body are unbalanced, and should be adjusted in time to prevent burning out.
4. If mica heating element has been used, repeated disassembly should be avoided ,as it will cause the alloy resistance wire to break and affect the operating life.
5. Before installation, check whether the installation position is consistent with the specifications of the mica heater and whether the use voltage is consistent.
