Customers worry so much about the dry burning of the immesion heater element,so avoid the dry burning is the point we pay attention to when assembling it.

Tip1:For horizontal installation, the out connection part must be made into a non-heating area, because this part contact little  water, too little heat absorption, even if the immersion heater element is not dry burned, but there will be the possibility for burning out.

Tip2:For vertical mounting,the immersion water heater element must keep enough cold area.Because when the water is being heated,  the water will evaporates, the liquid level will drop down.If we do not put the water more,we must design longer area to avoid the dry burning.
