Before designing the immesion heater element:
1.We must be clear the liquid is oil or water?
2.The pressure value when the immesion heater is assembled in the equipment.
3.Assemble way: Horizontal or vertical?
4.Assemble space
5.Tank volume.
The material of water heater element can be depend on the following:
1.SUS304 : suitable for no corrosion and softened water.
2.SUS316: used for heating drinking water.
3.SUS304+anti coating: Used for hard water,the anti-scale coating is Liquid coating and electrostatic powder coating.
The material of oil heater element is as below:
Carbon steel:Common heat transfer oil, lubricating oil.
SUS304:Common heat transfer oil, lubricating oil
SUS304+anti coating:for heating low level quality oil.
