5.Magnesium powder filling

Putting the magnesium powder in the plate ,the powder thickness not exceed 40mm,
take it into oven,baking 1-3 hours in the temperature 100 degree till absolutely dry.
Filling ratio must reach 2.4-2.6g/cm2
promise the terminal not shacking,promise the powder not leak.
Checking the terminal if is bent,if bent,should adjust it straight
6.Tube shrinking

Clean all the tube before shrinking
Pay attention to the tube direction before shrinking
Tube diameter tolerance should be in +/-0.8mm
7.Heat treatment:Annealing
As the material is stainless steel 304,so we should use Partial annealing
Temperature controled at 700℃
Putting the heating elements in the oven Layered homogeneously
Avoid the heat reatment inadequate
8.Tube bending
bend the tube according to the drawing,appearance should not have scars.

9.Welding

afford the water pressure test(1.0Mpa) and no leakage
10.Sealing

Before sealing,make the high voltage test
No breakdown flashover,Insulation infinite
11.Final Inspection
Insulation:infinity,endure 10S
High voltage test
