Concerning the water tank heater element,if the power is big,we can use flange heater element,if the power is small,we can use the U shape heater or threaded cartridge heater element.So how to assemble the U shape heater for the water tank?

1.We must know the water level before assemble.If the water level will be lower down,how much lower?If this question is confirmed,according to the principle that the heating area must not be separated from the water surface, the U shape heater should be installed below the water level to ensure that the heating area is fully immersed in the liquid.

2. While meeting this condition, but also to minimize the installation difficulty,it will be more convenient to assemble the U shape heater at the four side walls of the wate r tank.

The U-shaped design facilitate uniform heat distribution and reliable heating across your water bath. Its compact 150 mm length is optimized for efficient installation while maintaining its heating efficacy.

How to connect 6 pieces U shape heating element?

First ,we must check what about the voltage of the heater and the supply voltage.

a.If the voltage of the single heating tube is 220V,to connect the 220V power source,we must use parallel way.

b.If the voltage of the single heating tube is 220V ,but the power source is 380V,we must use star connection.

c.If the voltage of single heating element is 380V,but the power source is 220V,it can be used but the working power will be small.

d.If the voltage of single heating element is 380V,but the power source is 380V,it can be used triangle connect way.
