Description

The Immersion heater element with intelligent thermostat is modified from the threaded adjustable temperature electric heating element. It can be made with G1.5 and G2 threads. This threaded installation is more convenient.

However, many customers are afraid that the Immersion heater element with intelligent thermostat will leak when the water pressure is relatively high, and they want to use the flange type installation method. In fact, neither of these two installation methods will leak water when the pressure does not exceed 1.0 megapascal.

The Immersion heater element with intelligent thermostat belongs to the small bundled type heating element. It is normally composed of three U-shaped heating tubes, which are combined on the flange through TIG argon arc welding. It can be used in different working environments and can heat water, oil, and some weak acid and weak alkali liquids. If vertical installation must be adopted, it is recommended that the design of the cold zone be well considered.

Precautions

1.Do not use unstable containers. Before installing the intelligent temperature-controlled electric heater, make sure the container is placed stably, and then install and fix it. Because containers placed unstably are prone to being knocked over, liquid may spill over, causing the heating tube to burn dry, which poses risks such as fire and electric shock.

2. Do not modify it at will. Random deformation or modification may cause changes in the internal structure of the intelligent temperature-controlled electric heater, affecting its electrical performance and potentially leading to dangers such as fire, leakage, and electric shock.

3. Do not install it at the supply air outlet with high humidity at will.

4. Do not use the intelligent temperature-controlled electric heater in a heating container that is short of water or heavily contaminated. Placing it in a liquid with a lot of impurities for heating may cause damage to the heating tube due to surface scaling and the inability to dissipate the heat it generates in time. At the same time, ensure that the heated liquid does not fall below the normal liquid level standard Otherwise, it may also damage the heating tube and cause dangers such as fire.
