Description
The Immersion heater with hexagonal nut is a type of G-threaded heating element. It is usually composed of 1, 2, or 3 U-shaped heating tubes that are welded to the G-thread using TIG argon arc welding. The commonly used flow or circulating oil threaded heating element include 1.5-inch thread and 2.0-inch thread.
The immersion heater with hexagonal nut can not only be used as a heater for sealed oil tanks, oil drums, hydraulic oil devices, but also can be used as a heater for water tanks, boilers, tank bodies, mold temperature machines, etc. It is widely applied in the heating of equipment, tanks and containers in the fields of electronics, plastics, chemicals and environmental engineering.
1.Rated voltage: 110V, 220V, 380V, etc.
2. Power: It is determined based on the total length of the immersion heater. The power per meter is 1-2 KW, and it shall not exceed 2 KW.
3. Tube diameter: 8mm - 12mm

When using the Immersion heater with hexagonal nut , we should pay attention to the following points:
1.The heating area must be completely submerged in the liquid. If it gets overheated, it will damage the hexagonal electric heating tube.
2. The oil stains on the surface should be cleaned regularly to ensure its long service life.
3. The connection terminals are effectively protected against water leakage to prevent electric shock.
