Description
The element material for the immersion heater can be Copper / High grade nickel alloy (INCOLOY) / Titanium.The element shape and dimension is according to customer specification.Thermostat and sensor pocket length is according to customer specification.Electrical connection can scrw terminals or according to customer specification.
If you have an immersion electric water heater and the heater suddenly stops working or the water is very hot, the thermostat may be faulty. A replacement thermostat is inexpensive and easy to install without draining. Immersion heater thermostats come in a variety of sizes (7, 11, 18 and 27 inches) depending on the immersion heater manufacturer, model and type - only the correct size thermostat should be used as a replacement.
Make sure your 220V Immersion Heater Element with Thermostat contains a thermal breaker (as well as a thermostat) to comply with current regulations. This shouldn't be a problem if installing a newly purchased heater, but don't install an old working heater if it's not thermally cut off.
