Brass Nozzle Band Heater is a specialized heating device designed for precise temperature control in industrial applications, such as plastic injection molding machines, extruders, and other equipment requiring localized heating. Made from high-quality brass, this heater ensures excellent thermal conductivity, durability, and resistance to corrosion.
Brass nozzle band heater is very resistant to wearing and shocks. High watt-density allows a fast and safe reaching of required working temperature. They are submitted to extremely high pressure that ensure high insulation, excellent thermal exchange, lack of internal voids, perfectly smooth contact area for an optimum and uniform heat transfer to every part of the nozzle.
They are available in mica, ceramic, micro tubular and sealed type.Ones with inbuilt thermocouple are also available.
It use the high-grade brass (C26000),nickel-chromium (NiCr) resistance,max working temperature can be up to 450°C (842°F).
The watt density can be 5-25 W/cm² (adjustable).The brass band offers excellent heat transfer, ensuring rapid and even heating.
Brass nozzle band heater is compatible with thermocouples and PID controllers for accurate regulation.It is available in various diameters, widths, and wattages to fit different nozzle sizes.
