Stainless steel flat mica heater is designed and used for heating flat surfaces in a wide range of equipment, materials, and products – extruders, glue machines, molds, and many more.They are durable, reliable, and direct heat to flat surfaces in many industrial applications.

 

It is a kind of electric heater which winds the resistance wire on the mica plate (mica sheet).

Mica sheet heater has good insulation performance and high temperature resistance, it takes mica sheet as the skeleton and insulation layer, supplemented by galvanized sheet or stainless steel plate for support and protection.It can be made into plate, sheet, cylindrical, conical, cylindrical, circular and other types of heater parts

 

The working temperature of the stainless steel flat mica heater can reach up to 260 degrees, and the power density is as high as 6 watts per square centimeter.

The stainless steel mica plate heater offers several terminal options: screw terminals / pin sockets or flexible wires. Different installation holes can be provided according to customer specifications.
