Mica Nozzle Heater

Mica Nozzle Heater is metal alloy with good thermal conductivity ensure uniform temperature of the hot surface and eliminate hot spots and cold spots of the equipment. It has the advantages of long life, good thermal insulation performance, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and magnetic field resistance. The external heat dissipating surface is increased by the heat preservation device, and the inner heat dissipating surface is sintered with infrared rays, thereby saving 35% of electricity consumption.

Maximal working temperature of mica band is 360 C. Specific strength up to 5 W/cm2. Normal performance for line connection is 230 V , 400 V. Larger performance can be made on three phase connection. Construction of connection according to agreement. Normal performance of connection in form of vertically mounted connection box, high temperature European-plug male, bolts and fixed mounted shielded temperature resistant cable. Holes for thermo probes by demand. Fixing heaters with socket head screw.

Mica nozzle heater is not waterproof structure, so do not contact with oil, water and plastic particles during storage and installation to prevent electricity leakage.

When installing, the  mica nozzle heater must be closely fitted with the heated body, and the surface of the heated body should be flat and complete, without uneven phenomenon.

If the surface is found to produce a scorched black color after use, it indicates that the heat and heat exchanger heat imbalance, should be adjusted in time to prevent burning through.

If the  it has been used for heating, repeated disassembly and assembly should be avoided to lead to fracture of alloy resistance wire, which will affect the operating life.

Before installation, check whether the installation position is consistent with the specifications of the stainless steel mica band and whether the use voltage is consistent.

Using precautions

1. Heating the mica electric heaters, should avoid repeated disassembly and assembly leading to alloy resistance wire breakage, affecting the operating life.

2. Before installation, check whether the installation position matches the mica heating specification and the voltage is consistent.

3. Mica heater non-waterproof structure, so do not contact oil, water, plastic particles during storage and use to prevent leakage.

4. The stainless steel mica band heater should be closely attached to the heated body during installation. The surface of the heated body should be flat and complete without unevenness.

5. If the mica band heater is found to have a blackened color after use, it indicates that the heat and the heat sink are not balanced, and should be adjusted in time to prevent burn through.
