The shape of immersion heater element is not the same in different environments, and its installation is not the same.
1. Cartridge heating element
Cartridge heating element is generally threaded single head electric heat pipe, often used for heating water tank oil tank and so on.
The installation method of threaded cartridge heating element is as follows:
A. Drill A thread hole on the water tank consistent with the thread of the heating pipe.
B. Screw in the liquid heating tube from the outside in. (There is also a threaded upward single head heating pipe, installed in the opposite direction)
2.U type /W type/straight rod/special-shaped electric heating tube
General heating liquid U /W type electric heating tubes are using fasteners or silica gel head.
A. Drill A hole slightly larger than the diameter of the pipe thread on the equipment where the electric heating pipe is installed.
B. Then push the end with the fastener through the hole, insert the gasket or washer, and screw the nut.
