The cartridge heater process is relatively simple, but it does not allow a trace of neglect, its key lies in the internal resistance wire, the quality of the resistance wire will influence the heating element quality.

 

The combination of pipe diameter and template aperture should be considered in the production of cartridge heating element. If the diameter of the heating tube is too large, resulting in it cannot be loaded into the hole, and the expansion factor is considered, which brings inconvenience to the future maintenance. In addition, it is necessary to consider that the diameter of the tube can not be too small, and the vacancy between the hole wall can not be reserved too large, which affects the heat transfer effect and service life of the cartridge heater.

 

The hot runner is a heating component system which is used in injection molds to inject melted plastic particles into the mold cavity. The hot runner mold is a new structure that heats the runner and flow channel of a traditional mold or a three-plate mold, so that the flow channel and runner do not need to be removed during each forming process.

Attention

 

Avoid the bending of the lead wire of the cartridge heater element.

 

Be careful not to damp. It is recommended to start with low pressure.

 

Control the temperature of heating element's lead outlet, flange and fixer.Conductor outlet temperature should below 130 ℃ and the flange temperature below 180 ℃.

 

Please do not knock or modify the cartridge heater element, otherwise it may cause damage to the heating element, short circuit, electric shock and other problems.
