The common style air heating element use is the finned air heater.
Air electric heating element,its surface is wound fins on the ordinary element, the heat dissipation area is expanded by 2 ~ 3 times compared with the ordinary element, it can be installed in the blowing pipe or other static, flowing air heating occasion.
Why the power of the air heating element is different in still air and moving air?
Because the power design of the air finned heater is according to the environment.Commonly there are two standard as below:
1. In a confined space and still air, the power per meter of the air heating element is recommended to be 1kW;
2. Under the circulating air blown by the fan, the power per meter of the finned air heater is recommended to be 1.5KW;
