The uneven heating of electric heater element is related to the production process,it can be cocluded as follows:
1.The quality of the resistance wire is not good,the space between the wire is uneven,directly causing the heating of the heater uneven.
2.Generally,the heating resistance is designed to spiral shapes,promise the heating resistance wire is uniform distribution when machining.
3.The heating resistance wire is assembled vertically into the heater ,so the gravity will cause the uneven heating.
4.The process operation of the electric heater tube is not appropriate. When the magnesium oxide powder is filled in the heater element, the amount should be enough to make the tube densely filled, and then the tube is shrunk by the tube shrinking machine. (Manual filling of magnesium oxide powder will lead to uneven heat dissipation when extrusion).
