2.1 Choose the right diameter and length.Generally speaking,the diameter of the cartridge heater should be a little smaller than the hole.
2.2 Pay attention to the location of the cartridge heating element,the location should be close to the heating area.
2.3 Select the high level quality cartridge heater,it can promise long time life and high efficiency.
2.4 Regular inspection and maintenance. In the process of working, check the state of the heating element and the mold hole regularly. If the heating cartridge is found to be damaged, corroded or loose, it should be replaced or repaired in time to ensure the normal operation and safety of the heater.
