In the cartridge heater element, the cartridge heater element with thermocouple is bred because it hopes to detect the temperature of some points. The cartridge heater element with thermocouple is used to detect the temperature by adding type K or J thermocouple inside, but the temperature position detected by the thermocouple is different. The following is the position of the thermocouple in the cartridge heater element:
1.Tube bottom grounding type
The thermocouple is placed at the bottom of the heating tube, and the electric heater element shell is conductive. As the temperature measuring node at the bottom can contact closely with the mold, so the temperature sensing speed is fast, the process structure is suitable for all sizes of electric heater element.
2.Tube bottom no grounding type
The temperature sensing speed is slower than that of the bottom grounding type structure and is often used as a reference temperature
3.Tube middle grounding type
It is suitable for the heater element with a length of more than 80mm. It is used to measure the temperature inside the electric heat pipe and play the role of overtemperature monitoring.
