Normally, the cartridge heating element of the mold is customized non-standard according to the aperture of the mold hole, but some customers received the heating element and found that the cartridge heating element can not be installed. Why is that?
There are two reasons:
1. If the mold hole is used for a long time, there may be some small residue left by burning out the heating element inside. These small residue will be tightly nailed inside the mold hole, leading to the heating tube can not be installed.
2. The heating element may be too long. Normally, the heating tube over 500mm will have banana bend, or the bending caused by extrusion in the process of transportation will make the cartridge heating element of the mould unable to be installed.
How to deal with it? You can clean up the residue of the mold hole first. If you still can't put it into the mold, you need to send the cartridge heating element of the mold back to the original manufacturer to shrink the pipe diameter, and then correct it.
