Below is the causes which lead to this problem:
1. Quality of oil
The better fluidity, non-sticky oil is relatively slow to form scale. Poor fluidity, more viscous oil fouling quickly.
Because the fluid oil can timely absorb the temperature of oil heater element, the tube surface will not produce excessive oil scale. Poor fluidity and viscous oil absorb heat more slowly, so the oil temperature is too high and will carbonize the oil, attached to the surface of the oil tank heating element, so that the surface of the pipe will be more and more oil dirt.
2. Design of oil tank heating elements
Through the above introduction, we should also know why the oil scale of the oil heater element is so serious. It is that the surface temperature of the heating tube is too high and the oil is coking and carbonized.
Some oil tank heating element is designed with a large surface load in the begining, so the surface temperature of the heating tube will be very high, thus speeding up the production of oil scale.
