The heating element of the mould (embedded) is made of high-quality metal tube material as shell, the spring resistance wire as heating element, and the modified magnesium oxide powder as insulation and thermal conductivity material, which is processed by strict management and precision technology. It has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency and easy installation, but some users reflect that the mold heating element is easy to burn out, can not withstand high temperature.
When purchasing mould heaters, we will ask the specific working environment and working temperature, and choose the appropriate material according to different working temperature. The details are listed as follows:
1, if the working temperature of the mold heater is about 100-300 degrees, the material of 304 stainless steel is ok.
2. If the working temperature of the mold heating element is about 400-500 degrees, stainless steel 321 can be used.
3. If the working temperature of the heating element for the mould is 600-700 degrees, the material of the tube should be made of stainless steel 310S.
