In fact, there are two main reasons for the electric heater element burning out:
First, the power design is wrong
Water heating power design 1-3KW per meter;(Power per meter refers to the power that the electric heating tube can carry per meter of heating area.)
Corrosive liquids or water with poor water quality shall not exceed 2KW per meter;
Oil heating power design of 1-2KW per meter;
Air heating power design 1-1.5KW per meter;
Power design exceeds the above standards, the more serious the excess is, the greater the possibility that the tubular heater will be burned.
Second, the material selection is wrong
1. Material selection for liquid heating;
If Heat ordinary tap water, pure water, normal,pls use stainless steel 304 material;
Stainless steel 316 material is recommended for heating weak acid and alkaline liquid or drinking water;
Material selection for air heating:
The working temperature is between 100 and 300 degrees. 304 stainless steel is recommended.
The working temperature is 400-500 degrees, stainless steel 321 material is recommended.
Working temperature in 600-700 degrees, recommended to use 310S stainless steel material.
If the working temperature is around 700-800 degrees, it is recommended to use English imported material.
The material selection of electric heating tube is not correct is also the main reason that the electric heating tube is easy to burn out.
