Start with two basics:
1. The electric heater element is connected to both positive and negative terminals
The core element of the electric heater is the heating resistance wire (commonly used as nickel-chromium alloy material), which is a resistive element, so there is no positive and negative electrode.
2. The resistance value of the electric heater is fixed.
Resistance = rated voltage x rated voltage/rated power
According to the above formula, the access voltage is the factor which user can decide, access to different voltages, will get different power, the wrong voltage may make the heating element can not meet the design requirements, more serious may cause accidents. Therefore, please strictly follow the rated voltage in the label of the heater.

1.Series connection
Series is one of the basic ways to connect circuit elements. The electric heating element is connected one by one from the end to the end, and the two ends are connected separately, that is, series connection.

2.Parallel connection
The first end of the electric heater is connected to the first end , and the tail end is connected to the tail end , which is a parallel connection.
In a parallel circuit, the voltage at both ends of each heating element is equal, and the current flowing through each heating element is different.

3.Star connection
Star connection is the connection method of three-phase AC power supply. Three-phase power is a system that is connected in a certain way by three sinusoidal power sources with the same frequency, equal amplitude and a phase difference of 120°.

4.Triangle connection
The triangle connection method is also the connection method of the three-phase AC power supply. The triangular connection method is to connect each heating element end to end in turn, and lead out each connected point as three phase lines of three-phase electricity.
