In the dry burning working environment, the heating can be classified into embedded heating and exposed air dry heating.
So what's the difference between these two heating methods? Does it affect the design of the heater element?
★ Core difference: heat transfer efficiency is not the same
(1) The embedded heater element, as it is embedded in a hole, its surface heat is easily absorbed by the mold or module, so the embedded heating environment, the heat transfer effect of the air heating element is very fast.
(2)Concerning the exposed air dry heater, as the heat transfer of air to electric heater is obstructed, so exposed air dry heating heating environment, the heat transfer effect of electric heating tube is very poor.
★ Influence on the design of heater element:
As the heat transfer efficiency is different, the surface load design of electric heating element is different. Embedded heater surface load design can be larger than exposed air dry heating heating rod.
★ The life of electric heater is different under two working conditions:
The life of the embedded heater is relatively longer than that of the exposed air heater element, but this is not absolute, the specific life is based on the actual size and power.
