The electric boiler body is mainly composed of a steel shell, electric boiler heating pipes, water inlet and outlet pipes and detection instruments. There are two heating methods for electric boilers: electromagnetic induction heating and resistance heating (metal boiler heating tube).
Since the electromagnetic induction heating method is indirect heating, the thermal efficiency is low, about 96%. The resistance heating (metal heating tube) method has high thermal efficiency, up to 98%. The resistance heating (metal heating tube) method adopts resistance tubular electric heating element for heating, which is easy to stack and combine in structure, flexible control and easy to replace. Electric boilers are basically heated by resistive tubular electric heating elements.
