If the power is below 15kw,so both type is acceptable,if the power is more than 15kw,so we should choose the flange type heater element.

It is assembled by Vertical or horizontal way.Normallly ,we suggest horizantal way assemble,in this way the whole heating part can be immersed in the water to avoid dry burning.If customer must use the vertical way ,so we must the design the cold area in advance.

Some points we must pay attentions to:

1.Do not use unstable tank. Before installing the immersion tank heater , determine if the tank is placed smoothly, and then install and fix it.

2.Do not put the immersion tank heater in the tank with dirty water,more purity,as it will form the water scale in the surface of the heater element.It will infuence the heating effect.
