Screw Plug immersion heaters consist of tubular elements welded or brazed into a threaded screw plug which can then be inserted into a threaded opening in a tank wall or through a mating full or half coupling.We offer simple thread in, and plug in the wall type heaters, in addition to our industrial thread in and hard wired units for equipment deigns. Our screw plug immersion heater come in a wide range of wattages starting at 500 Watts, going up to 1500 Watts for plug in units, and up to 20Kw for industrial sized heaters.

The screw plug immersion heater can be directly screwed into the threaded hole or joint of the tank body, easy installation and maintenance, and can also play a good sealing effect.They are perfect for situations with limited space or connection issues. They are used to prevent liquids from freezing in smaller tanks or reservoirs and come in various sizes. These heaters feature a tubular element with a threaded hex plug and some models include a thermowell for a temperature control sensor. 

Screw plug immersion heaters are ideal for direct immersion heating of liquids, including all types of oils and heat transfer solutions. Available in a variety of sizes, screw plug immersion heaters feature both round and flat tubular elements.

Heating elements are hairpin bent and either welded or brazed into the screw plug-depending on element sheath
and plug material compatibility.

Main uses: Heating of flowing or static fluid such as water, oils, thermal oil.

The length and flange size of the screw in plug immersion heaters can be customized.We offer different sheath materials. Screw in water heater element can be availed in different materials like Incoloy 800, SS 304, SS 321, SS 316, Copper & Titanium.

Various terminal options and various shapes are available.

Screw In Plug Immersion Heaters is usually installed horizontally or vertically. Normally, horizontal installation is recommended to ensure that the heating part of the electric heating pipe can be completely immersed in the liquid and prevent dry burning. If vertical installation must be adopted, it is recommended to consider the design of the cold area.

Notice

1. Do not use unstable containers. Before installing the heating element, ensure that the container is placed smoothly, and then install and fix it. Because the container is not placed smoothly is easy to upset, dumping liquid, resulting in dry burning of the heating tube, fire, electric shock and other dangers;

2. Do not arbitrarily change the heater element, arbitrary deformation, transformation may lead to changes in the internal structure of the heater, affect the electrical performance, may cause fire, leakage, electric shock and other dangers;

3. Do not install at will in the air supply port with high humidity, installed in the air supply port with high humidity is easy to make the screw flange electric heating tube damp, insulation decline, may cause leakage, electric shock and other dangers;
