Electric water heating element is a fast and efficient way of heating up various liquid solutions in processing equipment, as well as in large tanks through the use of tank immersion heaters. Heating up liquids using direct heat transfer allows for the liquid medium to quickly reach the desired temperature using heating element such as flanged heaters, screw plug heaters, over the side heaters or immersion water heaters.
Electric water heating element are flanged type water heater ,commonly the flange have the unified thread size.The heating tube can be copper and can also be stainless steel.
Heating Element For Ariston Water Heater is suitable for the vast majority of electric water heaters, choose the right specifications can be replaced. Please measure the size of the flange of the old heating element before placing the order, the flange size must be the same as before (2mm tolerance is allowed). The length or bend degree can be different, as long as it can fit into the water heater.
The warranty of the heating element for Ariston water heater is half year when it is in the condition without corrosion,dry burning.
Slight dry burning will cause black in the heating tube,serious dry burning will cause the crack of the heating tube.This situation is not included in the quality problem.We are responsible for the water leakage,electric leakage,can not heating problem.
Electric Water Heating Element is also assemble with rod thermostat to be used in the water tank to control the temperature.As immersion heater element,the quality level can be different to meet different customers'demand.
Different quality level has different guareen shelf life and price is different.
