Description

Flange type oil heater element is a blend of numerous compounds making it sturdier; thus, resulting in features such as resistance against corrosion as well as long term durability. Copper, Incoloy, hastalloy, titanium, steel and stainless steel are effective sheath material.

The power design for the Oil heater element is big.We develops immersion heaters for heating and warm keeping of oil and oil-based products. Immersion heaters with the right power distribution, material and control are an effective and precise heating source that requires minimal maintenance. In our design we are taking the characteristics in account and produce an immersion heater that is gentle to the liquid and properly adapted for the process.

We pay more attention to the quaility for each item,we inspect when sampling,process change,material change.Each heater element should be approved by QC department and attached Certificate of approval.

Flange type oil heater element is installed by bolting to a matching flange welded to the tank wall or nozzle. A wide selection of flange sizes, kilowatt ratings, voltages, terminal enclosures and sheath materials make these heaters ideal for all types of heating applications.

Proper maintenance of the flange type oil heater element can ensure its long-term stable operation, and improve the service life and efficiency of the equipment. The following are the tips:

1.Clean the surface of heating element
When using a thermal oil furnace, the surface of heating tube may be eroded by oil stains, resulting in an excessively high surface temperature. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the surface of the heating tube. When cleaning, the heat transfer oil furnace should be turned off and the power supply cut off. Wait untill the oil heater element cool down before cleaning.

2.Check the connection part

The connection parts of the flange-type oil heater should be inspected regularly to ensure appropriate tightness. If loose connections or oil leakage problems are found,it should be disassembled in time and the sealing gasket or fastening nut should be replaced.

3.Replace the electric heaters regularly

The service life of the flange-type heater in the thermal oil furnace is relatively long, but they also need to be replaced regularly. Under normal circumstances, it is recommended to replace it every two years. If obvious corrosion, deformation or damage is found on the surface of the heating tube, it should be replaced in time.
