Instant water heater element is one type of immersion heater element and made of stainless steel or copper,it is flange equipped for assembling.The process of the tubular heater:tube cutting, deburring, tube washing, wire winding, spot welding, powder feeding, tube shrinking, annealing, tube bending, welding, sealing, surface treatment.

It is also called instantaneous, continuous flow, inline, flash, on-demand, or instant-on water heaters - which are water heaters that instantly heat water as it flows through the device, and do not retain any water internally except for what is in the heat exchanger coil. Copper heat exchangers are preferred in these units because of their high thermal conductivity and ease of fabrication.

In fact, the working principle of the instant electric water heater is similar with the gas water heater, except that the heating method changes from gas to electricity.The advantage is as follow:

1.Fast hot water coming. That is, the general power of the stainless steel instant water heater element is large, when the faucet is opened for a few seconds, it can even reach the speed of heating in 3 seconds, it can have the right temperature of hot water supply, which is very fast and convenient to meet the needs of modern people's fast-paced life.

3.No scaling. That is, as the instant water heater does not need to store water, it will not form scale, so it is free from the worry of scale storage and more sanitary.

4. Don't take up space. Because it does not need to preheat in advance, it does not need a large and bulky inner tank storage tank and insulation layer in design, most of them are small, light weight, and easy to install, saving space and saving materials.

Even though stainless steel instant water heater element is technically rather mature and universal to use, there exist various new innovative solutions for many applications. For corrosive enviroment, titanium material or tubular heating elements with additional teflon sleeving are available.

Electrical heating elements, in a sense, are almost 100% efficient since all supplied energy is converted into its intended form. Heating elements may not only conduct heat but also transfer energy through light and radiation as well. However, this is only true for ideal resistors. Small losses can be derived from the inherent capacitance and inductance of the material which converts the electrical energy into electric and magnetic fields, respectively. Considering the whole heater system, losses are from the dissipation of heat into the external environment from the process fluid or from the heater itself. Thus, the system must be isolated to utilize all the heat generated.
