Description

Boiler heater element  is a kind of tubular heater ,they are easy to form and feature highest mechanical stability and electric properties at the same time.For corrosive environment, titanium material tubular heating element is better. Additional teflon sleeving is available.

Boiler heater element can be bent into various types of special-shaped stainless steel electric heating pipe according to customer requirements, compared with the air dry heating tube, its good thermal conductivity, fast heating, good mechanical properties, often used for heating water and solution, can not be used for bare dry burning or oil heating.

Water boiler element  use stainless steel and bending it to bolt shaped heater element according to the characteristics of high mechanical strength of heating element. The heater tube is directly heated by contacting with water, and the other structural technical parameters are consistent with the double-head electric heating element. The double-head electric heater is annealed, and bent into shape according to customer requirements, so as to meet customer installation and use conditions

Why boiler heater element will blow up?

1.The scale in surface of heater element is too much.

When the water condition is tough and hard,the surface of the boiler heater element will get scale,the scale wrap the heater element surface and stop the heat transmiting out,after long time the surface will be burned out and broken.

2.Magnesium oxide powder get damp.

Magnesium oxide power in the boiler heater play the role of insulation and heat conduction,but it has hygroscopicity.

When it is placed in the damp environment ,it will get damp from the tube mouth.If do not pass the dehumidification process,it will form air and lead to burst.
