Description
ETDZ's immersion heater element consists of 3 pieces tubular heating elements soldered to a screw plug. It could be fitted with different accesso-ries such as terminal box, thermostat, safety temperature limiter, tube and insulation for flow through heater, socket wrench for assembly, etc.
8kw electric boiler heating element is designed for heating or temperature maintening of liquids, gas or mixture in static or circulation conditions.The design is based on customer process conditions: fluid to heat (type and properties), in/out temperature, pressure, heat exchange conditions (stagnant or flowing), and environment conditions .
8kw electric boiler water heater can be straight or L-shaped.
Boiler water heater experience the process of Resistance wire coiling,tube cutting,mgo filler,tube shrink,punching,sealing.
How to make the electric boiler heating element safe and don't burst
1.The power design
Control the surface load of the boiler heating element well,in the tough water area,the power per meter can not exceed 2kw.
2.Use the proper tube material
If the water scale is more,we suggest using the anti-acid and alkali material,such as SS316,or use the SUS304+Anti-corrosion coating,this coating is similar with
Non-stick pan which can remove the water scale itself.
3.Prevent the magnesium powder get damp.
Make sure the magnesium powder is not damp ,this can be tested by insulation resistance.
Place it in the dry and ventilated area.
Factors which influece the life of the 8kw electric boiler heating element?
1.The water condition
Hard water will cause water scale which will prevent the heat conduction of the heating tube surface,it will lead to the burst and shorten the life of electric boiler element.
2.If the boiler element will occur dry burning
Dry burning will cause the fuse of the resistance wire and shorten the heating element life.
3.If the design is reasonable
Normal power of boiler heater element is 1-3kw,if over the design,the surface load will be higher and shorten the working life.
