One cause is that the heating element's itself,if the process of the flange immersion heater has problem,for example,the welding is not firm,the raw material is not approved,it will lead the leakage.
Second,if the working temperature is too high,it will cause the flange heater deformed,which will lead the flange and heating tube have gap,then it will cause the leakage.
If the flanged immersion heater is used for long time,it will get corrosion and old,lead to the loose problem of the flange.
We must pay attention and check this problem frequently.Replace the accessories when gasket and screw is aged or broken.
