Explosion-proof heating element is mainly used for heating fluids (e.g. water, oil) and gases (e.g. air, nitrogen). By a multi-purpose construction concept there are many applications. There are several materials available, so the correct harmonisation on the medium to heat can be made.
They are widely used in air, water, oil, acid and alkaline liquids, and can be effectively adapted to various environments, such as air separation equipment, metallurgy, high temperature runners, medical equipment, environmental protection equipment, etc. Out of consideration for problem-free operation, there are several materials available, so the correct harmonisation on the medium to heat can be made.
Compared with ordinary electric heaters, explosion-proof heating element is safer because they have explosion-proof treatment, and thus are favored by many industries. However, they cannot be used in all environments. Due to the explosion-proof feature, there are certain requirements in terms of usage conditions and environments.
Operating conditions and environment for explosion-proof electric heaters:
1.The altitude does not exceed one thousand meters, and this requirement can be easily met.
2. The explosion-proof electric heater cannot be used in extremely humid environments. Therefore, the humidity level should not exceed 90%.
3. The environmental temperature must be between minus twenty degrees Celsius and fifty degrees Celsius.
4. In the usage environment, there must be no any conductive objects, explosive objects or corrosive substances around; otherwise, it will be extremely dangerous.

It can also use the form of a fastening device, so each electric heating pipe is welded with a fastener. Then lock the flange cover with a nut. The tubes and the fastener are welded by argon arc without leaking. Fastener seal adopts scientific technology.
