Tubular heater is the most versatile and widely used source of electric heat for industrial, commercial and scientific applications.
It can be designed in a wide range of electrical ratings, diameters, lengths, terminations, and sheath materials.The material of the tubular heater element usually adop stainless steel,copper ect.The material choice can be determined from the maximum sheath temperature.
The tubular heater is bent into various shapes required by customers through shrinking tube, annealing, bending and other processes. The shape can be U shap,double U shape or 3 U shaped, or can be customized accordingly,In this way, the heating power can be increased in limited length or width to improve the use effect.
When there is scale, carbon deposit or other pollutants on the surface, it should be cleaned up in time to avoid affecting the heat dissipation performance and shortening the service life of the electric heating element.
There are two types of U shaped heater, one can be used for liquid heating, the other is used for air heating, U shaped heater with fastener usually applied to liquid heating, for air heating ,there is fastener.

1.The one with fastener:confirm the hole diatmeter,usually it is a little bigger than the tube diameter.Then confirm the distance of the two holes,after that we can assemble the tubular heater.
2.Type with fastener:confirm the hole diameter according to the thread of the fastener.Confirm the distance of the two holes,then assemble the U shaped heater with the nut.
What should be paid attention to when using the U shaped tubular heater element?
Fully understand the wiring methods of the heating element, usually star connection and triangle connection, a single element can be connected to 220V or 380V, multiple electric heating element are connected to 380V voltage.
Fully understand the temperature requirements, choose the appropriate power , under normal circumstances, large power, fast heating, fast heating.
If the U shape tubular heater element is air heating element,we should pay special attention to the heat dissipation effect of the use environment, which is divided into static air and flowing air.
