Coil spring hot runner heater is designed to deliver high watt densities in a concentrated area. It include plastics injection molding nozzle heaters, small heat transfer pipe heating, hot knife heaters, and concentrated chamber heating.It is used in blow molding, plastics extrusion, injection molding, thermoforming, hot runner systems, and custom die applications. It can provide rapid heating and cooling due to its low mass construction, and coil heating elements are sealed from contamination. The sheath of a coil spring heater can be made to be corrosion-resistant in very harsh environments.

The hot runner heaters are annealed to acquire malleability for bending into any shape. Injection molding coil heaters with thermocouple are also available.The standard voltage is 230 V, we can make the voltage as you need,the normal cable length is 1000mm ,also we can make the length as you need,the leading wire type use fiberglass silicone copper wire ,PTFE wrapped copper wire ,and others should be customized.

The current will form a spiral flow channel inside the metal, causing the heat generated by the current to be absorbed by the metal itself, thus rapidly heating the metal. The coil spring hot runner heater features high working temperature, fast heating, uniform heating, long service life, automatic area control and high thermal conductivity. At the same time, if the internal heating material is damaged, the external part can still be reused. It fully heats the contact area and has high thermal conductivity.
