Ceramic Infrared heater is an industrial standard infrared flat heater. Ceramic ir heater is made of high temperature resistant nickel chromium wire and specially designed refractory ceramic material. Compared with the arc heater, the ceramic ir heater is thinner, so it can save the installation space and is suitable for the equipment with limited space.
Ceramic infrared heating element is produced based on direct of international advanced technique and many years'research.It has safe use,long life span ect,widely used in vacuum plastic uptake,food roast, medical treatment and sanitation ect various infrared dryness and roast,solidify ect.Ceramic ir heater have ideal energy saving effect in the industry such as electron spin,light industry, electromechanical chemical industry, medical treatment,food industry ect and have obvious society benefit and economy benefit.
ceramic infrared heater produce temperatures from 300 deg F to 750 deg F. The wavelength produced with at these temperatures is between 3 – 6 microns.Ceramic heaters come in different colors which may indicate the temperature range. Some of these heaters also change color when hot in order to easily recognize failed elements in a heater bank.
These heaters are used as infrared energy emitter. These heater emits thermal energy with low freguency and high wavelength.
