Mica band heater transfer reliable high-temperature heat to cylindrical surface and available with different diameter and wattages.This band heater can perform at the high operating temperatures up to 900℉ and provide long,efficient service to industrial process such as plastic extruders ,injections.
High density Mica band heater is designed for high heat performance applications such as die casting, extruders, chill rolls and injection molding. They are made with a special mica core material, which allows them to provide higher watt densities than that of standard mica band heaters, allowing them to be used in higher heat applications. It is also better suited for applications that require more precise temperature control due to its high heat capacity. The construction also allows them to be constructed in both round and flat formats.
High density mica band heater has the characteristics of reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, stable performance, even heating, fast heat dissipation, long service life, good insulation performance, high pressure resistance and so on.They are also made with various clamping mechanisms, electrical termination styles, thermocouples and can be manufactured with holes and cut-out.
