Description
The band heaters use a protective covering or a sheath for the heating elements. The protective sheaths can be any material such as aluminum, brass, copper, iron, nickel alloy, steel or stainless steel.
During the production process of injection molding machines, it is often necessary to change or repair molds, which leads to the leakage of liquid-like glue at the nozzle area. The liquid-like gel is very likely to penetrate the main body of the traditional electric heating element, causing it to burn out. Therefore, it is often necessary to replace it. The fully sealed brass nozzle band heater can solve these problems. It uses imported high-temperature resistance wire (French heating wire) and Belgian high-temperature insulating board. The lead-out wires use high-temperature resistant fiber wires and are wrapped with copper tape, making the lead-out wires wear-resistant and durable. The connection point of the product uses copper sockets to connect with the heating element, and is welded with silver fibers, ensuring that the finished product is completely in a fully sealed state.
