Immersion heater thermostat is a vital component of a water heating system, designed to regulate and maintain the temperature of the water inside the water heater at a desired level. This temperature-sensitive switch operates by opening or closing an electrical circuit in response to the water temperature inside the water tank.

The thermostat is typically linked to a temperature probe that monitors the water temperature and conveys this data to the thermostat. When the water temperature falls below the desired level, the thermostat activates the heating element to warm the water. As the water temperature rises, the thermostat deactivates the heating element, and the cycle recommences once the water cools down.

Direct plug-in rod thermostats is a temperature controller that uses the difference between the thermal expansion coefficient of copper rod and nickel rod to sense temperature, and has a bimetallic disc to control the bipolar safety cutting, which is suitable for water storage water heaters.

1. Q: What's your packing?What to do in case of damaged goods during transport?

A1: Our Normal packing is bulking in Cartons, less than 20 kgs/carton, 48 cartons / pallet. We also can pack products according to your requirement.

A2: To avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest you check the goods once you receive them. If there is any transport damaged or quality issue, don't forget take the detail pictures and contact us as soon as possible, we will properly handle it to make sure your loss to reduce to the smallest.

2. Q: What's the shipping process?

Ⅰ. For LCL cargos, we arrange reliable logistics company to drive them to the forwarder agent's warehouse.

Ⅱ. For FLC cargos, the container directly go to the Factory loading. Our professional loading workers, accompanied with our forklift workers arrange the loading in good order even on the condition that daily loading capacity is overloaded.
