Description

Tubular heaters are versatile electric heaters and can be customized by the manufacturer depending on the application. They are bent or coiled in various forms. Tubular heater element is used in heating liquids, air, gasses, and oils. Tubular electric heater can be found in soldering and desoldering equipment, dehumidifiers, heat sealing tools, copiers, valve heaters, and space heaters.

Tubular heating element for oil tank is typically used for larger volume and higher power applications or where the tank or pipe vessel connections are preferred.It is assembled by 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 12 (multiple of general 3) pcs U type heating pipe through TIG argon arc welding on the flange combined, usually called flanged heater element. Often used as water tank heating, boiler heater, tank heater, mold temperature machine heater and so on, widely used in electronics, plastic, chemical, environmental engineering tank - tank - equipment heating.

It is general used for heating liquid work environment, customer need to tell the main components of the specific heat of liquid as well as the ideal installation so that we can set the plane flange type electric heat pipe cooling zone, at the same time also need to notify us of the specific work environment pressure size, it is convenient for us to design the diameter and thickness.

In the process of use, the wall of the tubular heating element is cracked from time to time.What's the causes?

1.Too hot is the cause which lead to the crack of the oil heater element.The oil temperature is higher than the tubular heating tube,the wall of the heating tube can not afford it so lead to crack.

2.Corrosion is another cause which lead to crack,if the material of  tubular heater element is not anti corrosion itself,so long time working will lead to corrosion and crack.

So related coating and anti corrosion action is necessary.

3.Material fatigue.

4.Improper assemble will lead to the crack of the tubular heating element for oil tank.Pay attention to the fix and support.
