Flanged Immersion Tubular Heater Heating Elements are made of seamless stainless steel tube, high quality magnesium and high ohmic nichrome wire. Flange immersion heater is more efficient in heat exchange and can be 3 to 4 times the power of the standard. Our Heating Element adopts advanced production equipment and undergoes strict quality inspection. It has the characteristics of rapid heating, uniform heat exchange, high efficiency and long-term use of appliances.
Flanged Immersion Tubular Heater Heating Elements are one of the most popular heaters because of their extensive customization and easier installation and operation in demanding environments. Flange heater is made by brazing or welding flanges with multiple hairpin elements or expanded tubular elements, these are designed for heating chemical, petroleum and water based applications, especially heat transfer fluids in storage tanks and pressure vessels, medium and light duty quality oil and water.
Thermocouples or RTDs are often used in element bundles to maintain the desired target temperature. Supplied with additional junction box for making electrical connections. Tubes called thermowells are used to protect thermocouples and heating elements. The temperature reading is then transmitted to the control unit that regulates the power. Although they take up little space, they have a large heating element and are ideal for applications requiring high power heating. This is one of the most efficient forms of process heating, with efficiencies approaching 100%.
Flanged immersion heater can use different alloys and materials to suit specific applications. For example, steel flanges are used for deionized water, lubricating oils, heavy and light oils, waxes as well as mildly corrosive liquids and low flow gas and water tank heating. The Heating Elements are used for mildly and severely corrosive solutions and military applications. The sheath materials used can be steel, stainless steel, copper and special alloys such as incoloy.
