When we making U-shaped, W-shaped heater or wavy electric heater element, we need to know the R radian of the heating element. If R radian is too small to bend, the scrap rate will increase. If R radian is too large, the cost will be wasted. So how to determine the R-radian ? Is there any limit to the R-radian of the curved tube in the heating element?
The R radian in the heating element is closely related to the diameter of the tubular heater, that is, the diameter determines the size of the R radian.

We can see that the R radian is very closely related to the heating element, and also determines the middle distance . Therefore, the R curvature of the bend in the heating tube is limited by the tube diameter.
