Description

Straight type finned air heater is an electric heating element that maximizes heat intensity and transfer effectively in an area. Steel fin strip heaters are an excellent industrial heating product that can be installed on the surface of the heater. Mounting holes are useful to mount the heaters securely on the wall housing with terminal extending from the sheath for easy electrical connections.

It is a versatile and economical heat source for a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications. They are available in a wide range of lengths, watt, volt, tube sheath and connections.

Sraight type finned air heater is constructed like basic tubular elements with the addition of continuous spiral fins, 4-5 per inch permanently furnace brazed to the sheath.

Fins greatly increase surface area and permit faster heat transfer to air, resulting in lower surface element temperatures.

It is characterized by the advantages of small size of heating element, fast heating, uniform heating, good heat dissipation, high thermal efficiency, long service life and low cost compared with ordinary components under the same power conditions. Finned heater element is often used for heating still and moving air.

When customizing finned heating element, we design the power per meter according to the length of the finned tubular heater. The so-called power per meter refers to the power of 1 meter heating element can be designed.

When the finned air heater works without wind circulation. It is recommended that the proportional relationship between the length of the heating zone and the power is 1:1, that is, the power of the heating zone of 1 meter is 1KW.

When the air finned heater works in wind circulation. It is suggested that the proportional relationship between the length of the heating zone and the power is 1:1.5, that is, the power of the heating zone of 1 meter is 1.5KW.

With the continuous development of intelligent technology, finned air heater has gradually realized intelligent control. By installing the intelligent control system, the finned air heater can realize automatic temperature adjustment, remote control and other functions, further improving the heating efficiency and user experience.
