Description

In general, there are three type heating element used in instant electric water heaters, which are metal heating element, crystal heat element and nickel blonde heating element. Different materials ,their effects are not the same, these three instant water heater have their own advantages and disadvantages.

The instant water heater element works by direct conduction heating. Because the heating element is placed in the groove of the groove plate,so when the cold water flow through the groove,it can be heated directly through the surface of the electric heater element. As the sink is like a snake, the cold water flow into the water inlet can be gradually heated, and hot water with higher temperature can be obtained at the water outlet.

In order to meet the faster and more hot water, the electric heating element is also equipped with a vortex "condenser ring" heating tube. The heating element is designed as a spiral "condenser ring" shape. The water flowing through the outlet is concentrated and accurately heated, and the temperature rises 10℃ instantly, which greatly improves the efficiency of hot water output, fully adds the bath hot water, and can be washed for a longer time.

In the summer, because the water temperature is relatively high, it can also achieve summer electric boot, the temperature to meet the bath requirements, such as 10 seconds of rapid heating, 1.5 minutes of rapid heating, immediately can take a bath effect.

Metal heating element mainly refers to  stainless steel or copper ,  its working principle is that  putting the spiral heating tube in the heating cup which made by stainless steel or copper  ,  its heating efficiency is very rapid, but in the process of use is very easy to form scale.

 A layer of carbon film  is plated on the outer wall of the crystal tube, and the heat is transferred to the water through the carbon film heating by the crystal tube working. Although the crystal tube is not prone to corrosion and scaling ,but its heat transfer effect is relatively poor, and it will lose a lot of heat energy during the heat conduction process.

Nickel blone heating element is mainly composed of nickel alloy,  heater element made by nickel , its heating efficiency is 5 times higher than the ordinary one, the thermal efficiency is much higher than the traditional heating method. Nickel-gold heating element also has superior corrosion resistance during use, so its role will be greater when used.
