Attentions for using heating element

1. The electric heating element is allowed to work under the following conditions:

(1) The relative humidity of the air is not more than 95%;

(2) The operating voltage shall not be greater than 1.1 times of the rated value, and the enclosure shall be effectively grounded.

2. When the heating medium is liquid, the effective length of the electric heating tube must be all immersed in the liquid. The heating part of the electric heating pipe should be at a certain distance from the container wall, generally more than 50-60mm.

3. Electric heating pipes for heating liquids shall not be used for heating gases or solids.

Description

Stainless steel beer brewing heater is a great way to both simplify and increase your level of control during the process. By adding an electric heating element directly to your kettle you can avoid the limited working space and heat output of a conventional stovetop and the space restrictions that come with a propane burner.

It is directly immersed in the water/wort, it also results in an extremely efficient transfer of heat. You'll be able to heat water/wort faster, cheaper, and more precisely than with a propane burner.Immersion flange heaters are designed primarily for direct immersion in liquids such as water, oils, solvents and process solutions, molten materials as well as air and gases.immersion heaters are made with tubular elements brazed or welded to a flange. Stock flange immersion heaters are equipped with a general purpose terminal enclosure.

The main structure of the brewing heater is stainless steel pipe,insulated magnetic bead,fixed nut,terminal and seal rubber ring.The shape is ripple but can be customized accordingly.

Our brewing heater is safer, easier to assemble, and better designed than ever before. The heating rods are made with Incoloy 800 stainless steel which has the highest anti-corrosion properties and resistance to acidic environments (like beer).

We use the stainless steel 804 specially for the beer brewing heater element.This material is more strong and anti-corrosion.

The wire is protected by the casing tube.The heatin element use low surface load and low watt,that means per square centimeter cause less heat,this way reduces the chance of boiling wort burning or caramelizing. These elements usually fold over themselves, making the effective length twice that of regular elements. This particular element uses a zigzag pattern to make it longer, further reducing the amount of heat generated per square inch.

One of the most challenging things in the process of creating our electric brewery is how to connect the heating elements to the kettle in a safe and reliable way. For safety reasons, you want the entire kettle to be grounded, just like any power tool or electrical case is grounded. Grounding means that the entire metal chassis (in this case, the entire kettle) is connected to your house's electrical system ground to ground. This ensures that any stray current will find a way to ground and not pass through something else (like a wine maker!). Just in case something goes wrong, one of the "hot" wires breaks and touches the kettle. If not properly grounded, the kettle will be electrified, causing great danger. A suitable electrical brewing device should always be properly grounded.

The corrugated design increases the surface area of the beer brewing heater element, like building more "highways" for the transfer of heat, so that the heat can be more quickly and evenly distributed to the surrounding brewing medium. This design greatly improves the heat transfer efficiency, makes the temperature distribution in the brewing process more uniform, avoids the occurrence of local overheating or undercooling.

The folding design is another highlight of our brewing heating element. By folding the heating element reasonably, the current path is effectively shortened, the resistance is reduced, and the energy loss in the transmission process is reduced. This is like opening up a "shortcut" for the current, so that electric energy can be more efficiently converted into heat energy.
