Description


The ceramic infrared heater is made of ceramic, using a part of the surface as the radiant surface and integrating the heating coil. For ceramic infrared heaters, a thermocouple can also be fixed in an adjacent position to the thermal conductor.


Far infrared heating element consist of resistive thermal conductors fully embedded in the appropriate ceramic material. Fully embedded in the ceramic, the energy generated by the conductor can be transferred to the surrounding material, which both prevents the conductor from overheating and extends its service life. Materials used for embedding thermoconductors must be insulated and have good absorbability and radioactivity within the set infrared radiation range. To meet this requirement, ceramic infrared heaters can be made into different geometric shapes.
