Description

The flange type heating element  is composed of U-shaped tubular tubes that are welded or copper-welded into the flange, and it also has a junction box for electrical connection. The flange type heater is installed by connecting to a paired flange welded to the tank wall or nozzle. With a wide range of flange sizes, rated power values (in kilowatts), voltage values, terminal joints and sheath materials to choose from, these heaters are ideal for various types of heating applications.

Flange type heating element is one of the most widely used methods for heating liquids such as water, oil, heat transfer fluids and corrosive solutions. They are suitable for use in tanks and pressure vessels, easy to install and maintain, and can heat a wide range of processes. The direct immersion method is not only highly efficient and energy-saving but also easy to monitor and control.

These immersion heaters  can be installed onto the tank wall through matching flanges that can be purchased from local industrial suppliers. With a wide range of power densities, heat output, flange sizes, this heating elememnt style is an excellent choice for all tanks, cylinders or irregularly shaped containers. It is perfectly designed to be mounted in tanks and pressurized vessels, flange heaters are used for heating liquid mediums or other specific types of liquids, and for heating gases (water, oil, heat transfer fluid, and corrosive solutions).
