4) Voltage resistance strength: ≥ 2500V / 60 seconds. Generally, the voltage resistance of PI heating products can meet the requirements of 1200V / AC, which is sufficient for most customers.
5) Insulation resistance: ≥ 300 MΩ. Usually, it should meet the standard of 500 MΩ or above.
6) Power deviation: +5% to -10%. The designed power of new energy battery packs is all within 5% range.
7) The minimum manufacturing thickness is: 0.8mm, while the regular thicknesses are 1.0mm and 3.0mm.

After the customized polyimide film heater is purchased by the customer, it cannot be further cut or processed. Usually, the main body of the heating sheet does not reserve any leftover materials for subsequent processing. Any further processing would damage the heating element.
