BBQ Grill Heating Element mostly made by stainless Steel heating element or normal steel tubular heating element.It can be made in different shape: round , square , retangular...Heat transfer effect is good, heat distribution of heat tube is uniform, more durable.
The shapes include: one font, U and M shape. U-shaped center temperature is low, easy to coke around, is the most uneven heat tube shape, do not choose it. One font BBQ heating element ,if with only two tubes, do not choose it, the more the better. M type BBQ heater, heat transfer than the above two more uniform, better take into account the heating around and corner. The shape of the heating tube is M type.

When my oven heats up, the grill heating element sometimes turns red and sometimes turns black. What's going on?
The temperature of the oven is raised by the work of the heating element. Some element will turn red when heating up, and once the preset temperature is reached, the heating element will stop working for a period of time, so the surface will return to the original black due to cooling. Later, if the oven temperature drops, the grill elememnt will work again and become red and hot. So these are normal phenomena.
When cleaning the oven, the bbq grill heating element also needs to be cleaned regularly, especially when the heating tube is stained with oil, it is best to use a soft wet cloth to scrub it clean. Avoid in the course of future use, the heating tube will emit odor due to heating.
